Debbi's Dates #10 (On Sale: August 18, 1970) has a standard cover by Henry Scarpelli.
We begin with "Oh, Lulu," a six-page story featuring Benedict. That is followed by "The Big Plan for Making Bread." this eight-pager features Buddy and is drawn by Alfred Williams and Frank McLaughlin. The book ends with the five-pager "The Secret Weapon."
I don't know a lot about Alfred Williams, whose first work for DC is in this book. He worked on a character called Lana for Marvel (Timely) in 1945-51 and then again in 1967 on Millie the Model. He usually worked as a full artist, but occasionally would only do pencils. He also wrote one Chilli story for Millie the Model. His total career at DC would consist of this and the next issue of Debbi's Dates.
