Our Fighting Forces #109 (On Sale: July 18, 1967) has an interesting Irv Novick cover. Looks like a dash of Joe Kubert in the inks.Inside we have Lt. Hunter's Hellcats in "Burn, Raiders, Burn" by Robert Kanigher and Jack Abel.
The backup story is "The Unsinkable Subs" also drawn by Jack Abel.

Howdy Barry! GCD says Novick on both pencils and inks on the cover, but I agree with you -- that sure looks like Kubert inking to me.
