Young Love #75

Young Love #75 (On Sale: May 8, 1969) has a cover at least inked by Dick Giordano. Dick may have also provided the pencils.

It begins with "Help Romance Along," an 8-pager perhaps penciled by Tony Abruzzo. Eve is in love with lifeguard Donny, but is hurt when he ignores her. Finally she realizes that he is just as shy as she is and that it will be up to her to make the first move.

We next move on to "Dance Till Dawn," a reprint from Secret Hearts #42 which is penciled by Mike Sekowsky. A chance meeting between Ellen and David leads to a romantic night at a dance, but Ellen begins to despair when she doesn't hear from him again.

We round out the issue with an untitled Lisa St. Claire story butchered by the inks of Vinnie Colletta. The soap opera continues as Lisa is afraid that Dirk is only interested in her money, so she sets a trap for him to confirm it.
